Structural Analysis

Our designers and engineers can carry out structural simulation on parts and assemblies with finite element analysis (FEA) while they work to validate performance and reduce the need for costly prototypes or design changes later on.

Structural simulation covers a wide range of problems - from the performance of a part under a constant load to the stress analysis of a moving assembly under dynamic loading or vibrations.

Flow Analysis

Experienced engineers can simulate fluid behavior in a number of environments using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.

CFD simulation allows our staff to anticipate or analyse a number of problems, from flow induced vibrations, to erosion in process piping, to estimating pressure losses.

Bulk Media Simulation

In order to estimate performance ProjectWorx can simulate the flow of bulk media particles using Discrete Element Method Simulation (DEM).

From grain to sand to coal, DEM technology can be used in  a variety of scenarios to estimate everything from material flow rates, to cohesion, or erosion.
